Subaru today released a teaser image of the 2015 Subaru Legacy production model, which will make its debut at the upcoming Chicago Auto Show in the first week of February, 2014.
From the teaser image, the production model is slightly different from the Concept model that Subaru unveiled late last year at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. Remaining its sporty look with bold fender flares and the coupe-like shape with a rake angle and narrower A-pillars as seen in the concept model, the 2015 Subaru Legacy production model has a less protruding trunk lid spoiler, more conventional side mirrors, and the side character lines that stop before the rear lamp instead of going all the way to the rear as in the Concept model, giving a less dramatic looking rear lamps.
Performance specifications haven’t been released, but it has been reported that the 2015 Subaru Legacy could offer two engines choices, a 2.5-L 173 horsepower engine and a turbocharged 2.0-L engine producing 250 horsepower.
